PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN DUES, BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2024:

2024 Briarwood HOA dues are $700. These can be paid annually or quarterly ($175/quarter). Please mail check payments to the Briarwood Community Association at 424 Casa Bonita Drive, Lawrence, KS, 66049.
