Briarwood HOA

Located in Lawrence, Kansas, the fifty homes in the Briarwood subdivision were built to evoke the craftsman bungalow style.  Welcoming front porches, alley driveways and white picket fences add to the quaint charm of the neighborhood. The Briarwood Community Association is a non-profit corporation governed by a group of volunteers from the neighborhood, who work to maintain the subdivision and protect its interests.
